Program Vision: Sustainable Eye Care Services.
Eyes are one of the greatest gift to the human kind. AEC focuses to provide curable, affordable and sustainable eye care services to the rural areas of NUH - Mewat, Palwal and Faridabad Districts of South Haryana. Patients from Alwar and Mathura Districts also visit the facility for cataract eye operation. During the year 21-22, 1322 free cataract eye operations were handled at AEC. All the surgeries done at our own hospital by qualified doctorsEye OPD center is visited by about 1800 eye patients per month.
The journey of ABLE Eye Center started in 2010. The AEC is situated in PalwalDistrict in Haryana State, India .

Cataract is one the major causes of blindness in India. 12.5 million people are blind & cannot afford treatment. AEC started its fully equipped Eye Care Unit (ECU) in Sep.2014 and since then more than 6000 free cataract surgeries have been performed. Major supporter of free eye cataract surgeries are Premier Indoplast Private Limited; NSIC Limited; Hindustan Syringes and medical devices Private Limited; Escort’s Raksha Health Insurance TPA Private Limited. Since September 2014, this program has benefitted more than 6000 elders, not just restoring their sight but enabling them to go back to work and live a life of dignity.
